Matthew Carter took 3/71 in a 27-over second-innings stint with the ball, but he couldn't prevent Worcestershire's Second XI from taking the spoils at Kidderminster.
The off-spinner removed Taylor Cornall, Rehaan Edavalath and Henry Cullen, with fellow twirler Liam Patterson-White seeing off skipper Ed Pollock, but the Pears were able to reach their target with six wickets to spare.
The hosts' second-innings total of 188/4 was led by opener Cornall's 51 and an unbeaten 70 from Josh Baker.
